Ape Cave Adventure

We took the boys into their first cave hike. It was really cold in there and they did not want to go the full mile all the way in. Luke cried most of the way and you could hear him echoing the whole time.

Strawberry Picking

Luke is pooped.

Red sunscreen or one strawberry too many?

We took a trip to a strawberry farm where you could pick as much as you wanted. Everyone had fun but Luke was the ultimate strawberry eater. Cody and Ty are addicted to them too!

We went to Granpa's House and the boys did some renovations to the fort that is on his property. The new pulley system was a hit. Luke was the special gift.

He is a Walker (and not just cause it's his middle name!)

Luke Walker Havniear finally decided that crawling just was not going to cut it for him anymore. He began talking baby steps just a few days shy of being 11 months old. A few days later he was almost running everywhere he went. We figured it was probably time to buy him some real shoes, not just slippers. I guess wearing them really made his feet heavy cause he would act like he could not walk in them and would revert back to crawling. After a few days, he finally realized that yes, you can walk while wearing shoes. It is a whole new ball game now that he is on his feet!

Sometimes it would be nice to load up Luke in here along with the dinner dishes!

My Mother's Day Bouquet

Master Fort Builders

The boys have mastered the art of taking every pillow in the whole house out so they can build a fort. Here is one of theit latest creations.

Portrait of Luke on the Beach

Luke at the beach

Luke is just like a little puppy. He walks around on all fours and plays fetch! Here he is with his favorite stick.

What's up Fang?

Luke has two teeth on the bottom and two fang teeth on the top. Where are the front teeth?

Muddy Boots

What boys don't like to get ankle deep in mud?

Tulip Festival

We took advantage of the nice weather and drove a few hours to see the tulip fields. There were thousands of them growing and the boys we very upset that they were not allowed to pick any of them.

Loads of Fun!

Ty tried and tried to find a spot where he could sit without Luke crawling on top of him. He finally ended up getting inside the dryer so he could sit for a minute in peace!

Luke's First Driving Lesson

Luke had his first taste of what it is like behind the wheel. He had a

hard time focusing. Good thing we have 17 more years to work on it!
